The IAEA is the world body matters relating to nukes and nuclear facilities, that was the emergency sessions triggered by Iran, can't you read and comprehend effectively??

There are no civilian deaths because Iran isn't targeting civilians. Iran hit the Ministry of defence and multiple military bases. But as usual, Israel is hiding its casualties.

And talking of civilian deaths, I wonder how you guys got to the point where you're using "civilian deaths" as a measure of military success? Does that make any sense?

3. I forgot the exact source I found my position, I will go through my history and come back to this. The statement was made by Andrii Yusov, the head of the Ukrainian Coordination HQ.

I have gone through several other sources and it says that yes, they had an agreement. But the Russians unilaterally took the decision to begin when no date was agreed yet. Not that the date was moved. There was no agreed date yet. This is even enough to validate my point. How do you know the location to take the bodies when there was no agreed date yet?
