Please nairalanders, i got an email from Etisalat inviting me for the third stage (CBT). What is this phase all about, a guide to help me prepare well.

The best you can get today against tomorrow you will be using it is International passport, it gonna cost you like 25k min,but for driving license, i have no idea, voter's card will be possible if you can remember where you registered and where to collect it but it is prone to delay because it is a government agency and staffs are so lackadaisical in carrying out their duty likewise national id card. This is why i initially said that international passport is the best to come within this space because they make more money from situation like this. Wish you well

What is wrong with us...just this morning a container fell on lekki roundabout....last weekend one fell on maryland junction.

Since u cant remember what you applied for. Dont present an cv to them cus it might be different with the one on their database.

Try all posssible means to really know what u apply for before the interview so u will know how to respond to their let me get to know u.

Don't think their is anything u can do about it cos their recruitment is always regional.. They love impromptu invites..Just let it pass, when ur Job will come u won't miss it.

A friend of mine got the invite, it's in owerri. Av done dere test before, buh if u aren't invited their is no need of going. They are strict so u can't gatecrash.

I guess we did the exercise the same day and got the mail for the next phase of recruitment process, Any info since them cus after the mail, i have not hear from them.

Went for the test...wrote....not bad.....couple of trick maths questions as well as sales and scenario questions.

I guess I did ok hence I was invited for a screening interview...questions asked were focused on talking about myself...what I did...what am doing now and why I applied for the job with orange group. What I also expected expected to earn was also discussed. I had a figure in mind higher than what I was earning before and told them that. Lets see how it goes they said though it was way beyond.

Got a mail that I did well and was invited to the next stage of the recruitment process.

NB: know your onions.. about the past jobs you have been at.

Another important thing is.. read and know every aspect of your cv. Some people do not write their cv or just add stuff to their cv to impress. Even if u do that please read your cv...like a text book.

So if you are asked questions like " how many years of work experience do yoi have" or " tell me the names of your staff or how many people did you train "..... you don't start stuttering or say something far different from what you have in your cv!

Recruiters want to know if you are actually who and what you say you are from your cv especially when you have quite some lenghty work experience and achievements .
