I remember this was the way Gadaffi was making rhetorical statements in 80s and 90s. He claimed he had this he had that. At the end of the day it was discovered that he didn't have most of what he claimed to have and most of what he had were obsolete.

Buhari didn't work against Tinubu. If he did, Tinubu wouldn't have won. Buhari only did his best to ensure there was a free and fair election - something Tinubu and agbadorians never wanted. Buhari wanted to leave that legacy and actually voted for Tinubu in the presidential election.
