Michael Jackson Funeral Plans So finally we have something firm on Michael Jackson. On Tuesday morning a motorcade will go from Forest Lawn Mortuary in L.A. to the Staples Center complex in downtown Los Angeles where the public memorial will be held. We're told the family still hasn't decided whether the memorial will be at the Staples Center or the smaller Nokia Theatre. A decision on that is expected shortly. Source: TMZ |

@Ofokasibe Great idea. But if you're going to battle, you can't judge as well. You'll have to appoint unbiased MC judges. Since you're not battling, judge without looking face (abi na username). I wish all the MCs the best. |
@Ofokasibe Channel O started showing Nigerian auditions on Monday. I'll be on the look out for Ofokasibe on Sunday. ![]() Its a pity I couldn't stay till the end of the auditions that day. |

Vibe magazine, the urban-music magazine founded in 1993 by Quincy Jones, is the latest victim of the media recession. Multiple sources both within and outside the magazine confirmed that it is shutting down. Reached for comment, chief financial officer Angela Zucconi said, "We will be making a statement by the end of the day. That's all I can say at this point." She referred further questions to CEO Steve Aaron, who was not immediately available. Messages left for editor in chief Danyel Smith and publishers Edgar Hernandez were not immediately returned. [Update: Media Decoder has official confirmation.] Vibe enjoyed significant success in the late '90s and early part of this decade as hip hop and R&B became the nation's predominant forms of pop music. But in recent years the title has fallen on hard times under its new owner, the Wicks Group, which bought it in 2006. In February, it reduced its circulation and publishing frequency, cut salaries and moved employees to a four-day workweek to save money. http://www.dailyfinance.com/2009/06/30/vibe-magazine-shutting-down/ |

The white man always wants to paint or give Africa a bad image. I agree that Nollywood has so many flaws, but those pictures are not from any Nollywood films. In my own opinon, the actors and actresses are not Nigerian. Those pictures are just the works of make-up artistes in various movie sets. Pietr Hugo should tell us where he got those images from. |
@sley4life Registration has ended. The selection for the 10 contestants has started. |
rapjunkie:When too many cooks prepare a dish, the food will have different flavours and become boring. Thats what happened in this song. It has a moderate taste. It could have been better though. |
