Spicycat: The main problem is floating of the Naira, once this is reversed the government will reintroduce the corrupt conduit through which dollers will be injected into the economy and drive down tbe price of dollar.
This system is bad and corrupt but unfortunately it's the only way to drive down the exchange rate since we don't produce most of what we need. Floating or no floating doesn’t change a thing, if you peg naira at a price then you should be ready to produce your own things, that’s almost same thing with floating it |

Politics › Re: Igbos Celebrate The Hardship In The Country, Demand 8 Years For Tinubu - Pics by obinna58(m): 7:07pm On Feb 20, 2024 |
Nvestor02: Only a mumu that knows nothing about economy will say Tinubu is not performing well... When I sit down and analyze every steps that Tinubu has taken, I come the conclusion that the man is on the right track.
Is either Tinubu return the subsidy, borrow more money and leave the suffering to the next generation
Or
He remove subsidy.... get money to run government by Increasing the internally generated revenue and pass the prosperity to the next generation.
Tinubu decision may be hard to for some citizens to beat especially low income citizens but I believe that Tinubu will increase the minimum wage soon.
The other, problem that Tinubu is facing is insecurity and Floating Naira.... That 2 problems come in the same direction and Tinubu is already tracking it.
Tinubu has declared war against Insecurity by creating a force called FOREST RANGERS that will be combing our forest.
He is also planning to create state police... If insecurity is defeated, Farmers will go back to farm and produce foods for the citizens.
Tinubu has increased state allocations by 41percentage to encourage more infrastructure in every states.
It's only with good infrastructure that food can circulate and building of local production will be possible.
If local Production is possible.... Economy will be diverted from OIL... AND Naira will start gaining weight. Nature is taking balance due to the cluelessness of our leaders, tinubu has no vision to solve the problem bcoz it’s grown wey too big to handle, even the most intelligent person on earth can’t handle the situation of our economy Hard truths about Nigeria Naira is now too weak for government expenses/budget Oil is outliving it’s importance Insecurity is winning cos there aren’t people to fight it anymore, no equipments, the few ones aren’t paid enough The government have already collapsed but Nigerians will understand in due time |

pocohantas: If you have male friends prior by virtue of being colleagues, coursemates, church members...etc, then you can't throw them away. However, there should be boundaries.
"I keep only male friends" is a statement that should be heard from women below 22yrs. No grown woman seeking meaningful relationship and courtship should be found saying such.
Men only agree to it when you are not their women. They know themselves. But some of you have convinced yourself they make better friends because of meatpie and suya. Tell your male friends to list their top 10 friends and you (a woman) would most likely not make the list. It’s all the same, even male pastors will grab the honeypot at prayer time, nothing like virtue |

Gracelander: I just had to ask this question because it's been causing issues between me and my guy. He doesn't seem comfortable at all with me having male friends and he throws tantrums each time I visit my bestie. He even tells me to my face that he doesn't trust me, so he scrutinize every move I make.
Each time I answer calls from male friends with him around it leads to him nagging about how much I don't respect him and it's not as if I talk dirty or tell them that I love them, just friendly conversations. We had a slight issue last night cos I came over to see him and stay for a week before leaving, I didnt warm the food out of anger and it got spoilt this morning. When I told him about the food he told me that it was supposed to be our breakfast so that means no food this morning.
I had to chat one of my friends and he agreed to take me out, I dressed up and left the house and he sent me a message not to return to his house. Did I do something wrong? Your own gender no do you for friendship abi What do you think those guys wants from if not pussie? Are you a therapist huh! You don’t understand that no matter how strong you are those besties you brain confuse for philanthropists will grab your honeypot and satisfy themselves well |
