The least we can start with is 50 hectares..with N20million we can kick off 40 hectares..

Total investment N69million. Includes salary for staffs of 45 people for 2years n also maintainance n running cost for d project.. We r planting a total of 110,000 plantain tress n 110,000 cocoa trees too. From the first harvest in d first year from d plantain farm we r looking at N40million sales, in three years is N120million from d plantain farm, then we cut down all the trees n focus on d cocoa by den we would have done first harvest from d cocoa farm..so in a period of 4years, investors have made back their investment n profit.
