Gptech:Thought as much. Thanks a lot boss. You've been wonderful. |
Gptech:Alright, thanks a lot. Btw, might sound weird but what do y'all think about buying a gen through AliExpress? |
Hello house. Apologies for the length of this. I'm a student with the following appliances: Home theatre system Infinix 32'' Inch TV Small tabletop fridge One ceiling fan One standing fan One PS4 Console Laptop Phone/power bank So I came across an Elepaq constant with 1.3kw rated output. (Picture shown below). It seems from checks online it's equivalent to 1.2kv rated; don't really get the discrepancy since 1.3kw should be equal to 1.6KVA? So question is, would this be able to power my stuffs without hiccups? Everything won't be on at the same time tho (Like the PS4 and fridge would never be turned on at the same time). I don't even think I'd need it for the fridge since we do have relatively regular power supply. Just need the gen in case of periods of prolonged outages and for my laptop to be constantly charged. I don't really trust the Elepaq I'm intending to get though given complaints I've read on this thread about brand new Elepaqs becoming faulty within a few days and the price is much more less than Jumia/Konga. (~68k as opposed to ~74-89k online) I'd have just shelled out some extra cash for the Thermocool TEC junior but there's no reliable Thermocool licensed dealer around (nearest one's in Benin) and getting it from there and shipping down to Ekpoma would be a lot of stress + added costs. So, should I just bear go through the stress of getting it or would the Elepaq be a reliable alternative? How about the Senwei 1.8KVA manual starter? Or is there any other better alternative in the 1.2-2KVA range?

Google search results list AAU as one if the "Top Private Unis" in Nigeria. Evidence of confusion by Nigerian bloggers ![]()
|
bolaji1023:Just forget about AAU. There's not going to be any admission into MBBS this year. Everyone that initially applied were adviced to change their course. |
ThorTheKid:K. Later got mine |
Is it possible they send the mails in batches |
Loris576:But my friends with almost identical credentials as me where shortlisted |
Loris576:I applied but wasn't shortlisted. |
HumanCalc:Yeah, that was due to school's habit of admitting too many students to 100 level. Apparently MDCN gave them the choice to either do that to limit the numerous influx or get sanctioned. |

HumanCalc:That's great to know. I'm at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. State uni also in Edo state. And yeah, things were really going so perfectly until this whole covid issue. But still trying to stay on track to the best of my ability. |
HumanCalc:Good to see someone who's like me lol. I'm currently in 200 level, but I had already started hanging out on USMLE and PLAB forums and discussing with current test takers while still in secondary school. ![]() You're doing the right thing. You'll meet senior colleagues who'll tell you you're faster than your shadow. Don't let them dissuade you from thinking ahead. Just make sure you also use the same energy to also do extensive research on resources and study tools to use in med school. Like Anki for example. You should already have a game plan even before you start ![]() |
Coronaviruses can survive on inanimate surfaces, such as tables and door handles. The authors show that, depending on the material and the conditions, human coronaviruses can remain infectious from 2 hours to 9 days. At temperatures of around 4°C or 39.2oF, certain versions of the coronavirus could remain viable for up to 28 days. At temperatures of 30–40°C (86–104°F), coronaviruses tended to persist for a shorter time. At room temperature, a coronavirus responsible for the common cold (HCoV-229E) persisted significantly longer in 50% humidity than 30% humidity. Overall, the authors conclude: “Human coronaviruses can remain infectious on inanimate surfaces at room temperature for up to 9 days. At a temperature of 30°C [86°F] or more, the duration of persistence is shorter. Veterinary coronaviruses have been shown to persist even longer for 28 d[ays].” Source: MedicalNewsToday Join Clix TV on Whatsapp today for more timely updates like these. https:///2348110825715?text=Hi%2C%20I%20will%20like%20to%20be%20a%20part%20of%20Clix.%20I%20got%20your%20link%20from%20NL.%20I%20am |

The Brooklyn Nets became the latest NBA team to have players test positive for the COVID-19 virus, which has altered daily life as we know it. The team announced on Tuesday that four players tested positive, and although the team did not name the players in the news release, Kevin Durant told The Athletic that he tested positive, but is feeling fine and said he has not shown symptoms. One of the four players has been displaying symptoms while the other three are asymptomatic, the club announced. Do you always read and forget just within a day? Or even within minutes? The article below discusses why that happens and how you can tackle it. After reading this, you'll know how to learn an not forget a SINGLE important detail. How To Learn and Not Forget No, You don’t have an issue with remembering. It’s just the way your brain works. 10 min read Just yesterday, you read about the citric acid cycle. Today, you can’t even remember that the only enzyme of the cycle not found in the mitochondrial matrix is succinate dehydrogenase. “Not again, dumb-ass brain,” you might mutter and slap your forehead lightly in these kind of situations. But the truth is: You’re only wrongfully blaming your brain for doing it’s job. But how can it be the brain’s job to forget when it has a “simple” task of storing and retrieving the things we need? The truth is that forgetting is almost as important as remembering. Our day-to-day lives are cluttered with tons of needless details that may not be very useful. The brain has the hard task of filtering out these “useless” information from time to time. One study published in the Journal of Comparative Psychology, and cited by the American Psychological Association’s website suggested that forgetting may promote the ability to think creatively by making information that is no longer useful less accessible, so it does not interfere with access to new information or ideas. The only problem here is that the brain may sometimes not be able to recognize what is really important from what isn’t; which explains why many important but specific details are often forgotten or hard to retrieve from storage. But is there a way to continuously help our brain recognize what really matters and promote retention?
