But if its a "mo ti je mbe" conversation---- I normally don't trust those. I've seen stories of Men who have talked about about a particular woman just to discourage their friends and turned around and married that same woman----

I understand what you mean--- but some people change and mature over time. Plus, SOME WOMEN who spend most of their lifetime bleeping away--- are normally not very successful. IMO----

Sucks for the girl if the man has some actual proof but sometimes----some of those talks are just RUMORS---- sometimes

@na2day,the past could be a pointer to d future.its very easy for u to say all that u are saying.when u are in such situation,u will do worse.its better one never knows abt his girl`s past.because if u get to know,u`ll never be happy.why are these guys just pretending?could it be because they are sourcing for girls here or what?

What if she wants to tell you about her past, she that she can be free ? You will dump her after she's done discussing? I guess SOME Men would rather not know the truth.

I heard this one girl advice her friend "as you get closer to when u are ready to marry: move to another state or country and make sure to go to church every sunday" fastest way to get a Nigerian husband----  I guess such pretentious tricks really works on men.

Thank GOD you know what you want. Megacity - All this peeps misyarning here. Me I have my own rule - If you are 25 and below and you have had more than 2 serious boyfriends that is it!!

Different people have different standards ,  afterall na this ones go come stay with you for your house. Na them go dey by your side when your 'Vanessa Blue' girlfriend gets winks from different guys. Abeg lets call a spade a spade. The past matters ESPECIALLY to guys.

Ladies dont let anyone fool you. Your history also has some value in a guy's eyes!! It is not the only criteria/variable but it is one of them! The less history the more valuable.

No wonder babes hide in churches and under the umbrella of religion after bleeping their lives away in some past lives. No wonder people move to another country and state-- just to find a husband--- all of these TRICKs na lie--- a leopard never changes it spots--- no matter how hard they try to pretend and lie about their past.

I would rather marry a woman for who she is and telling the truth--- than have her live with the burden of her past.

But you can be committed for life to someone without marrying them.
