most temperamental pple i know have serious ego problems. I know of a guy who can kill if you call him by just his first name instead of adding uncle/broda. try to view life and everything you own as vanity and am sure you will find it easier to "let go". when i get angry which i seldom do, I take a walk away from the person/thing that got me angry.sometimes i ask myself "what if i die now, will this thing am yelling about really matter?"

The challenge is learning to figure out how to channel your anger to positive things---- its ok to be angry but it shouldn't be to the extent that it destroys your life or relationships with others.
