Hello guys Ive been learning the language for about two years... since we all stay in Lagos, how about we form a language study group and share resources? that way we have persons we can interact with in the language... it helps..and perhaps we can progress to another technical language.

its nice seeing Nigerians learning such an impossible language.

A friend of mine working in Dubai wants to link me up with a factory job of 400k salary, and also I am due to partake in one year vocational training in Nigeria Law school that would enable me to practice as a lawyer in Nigeria.
Now I'm left in the dilemma of accepting his offer to link me up with the job or proceed to Nigeria Law School to qualify as a lawyer in Nigeria

Very soon everybody working in the hospital will soon be addressed as Dr. We already have Dr of Optometry for people who specialize in eye glasses and are already in battle with Medical specialists that take care of eye diseases, do surgeries and recommend eye glasses (that optometrists then dispense!). Soon these Dr. of Pharmacy will want to do ward round, run out patients clinics, etc.
Dr. of Medical Laboratory Sciences is loading as well as Dr. of Social Work, Dr. of Psychology, Dr. of Nursing, Dr. of Hospital Attendants, etc

Construction contracts that will employ thousands of Nigerians and utilize the same loan that China gave us. It's a win - win. China reflates it's economy which is slowing down through an indirect cash infusion and Nigeria gets world class infrastructure at low cost.

It doesn't get better than that. Even if Nigeria didn't need the loan, it would have been good business; shift project risk to a third party at concessionary rates.

nigerians should take note of the bolded. most of these "para"medics(optometrists,lab scientists,physiotherapists,radiographers e.t.c) wanted to study medicine but couldnt. they found themselves in the above courses and are trying to ascribe to themselves the title "DR" through the backdoor that they couldnt get through the front.
congratulations to the guy but i hope he doesnt join his senior colleagues in the profession to "bad mouth" doctors.
