Bishop is not the assailant in this case but the target. I'm sure he will invite him for questioning to aid in disclosing the details of the killers. Bishop is still being haunted by the gang and may have sneaked out of the country immediately after the attack.

Something tells me it was Bishop who informed the Commissioner of police and the Governor of the incident. Besides, the case has been lingering from information gathered from independent sources online.

At this point, I must confess I became very afraid, you all know why, I immediately called my SARS friend, gave him my spot and told him I was in potential danger.
