Sports › Re: Which Of This Position Is Hardest To Play In Football? by Oceanjagaban: 3:12am On Aug 03, 2025 |
brain54: I would say the easiest position is the goal keeping...
If he has a good defense and midfield he might sometimes go games without actual action (touching the ball). Sometimes he makes only one or two saves in a game.
I used to play as a goal keeper back in the day we played street football but I always ran away from goalkeeper responsibility because I can go games without handling the ball. You can be in the post and just watch others play.
I only did goal keeper duty when the first choice guy wasn't available even though I was better between the sticks.
The hardest position is the mid field position because most times it's the engine room of a team. It connects the attackers to the defense. And one must have a high level understanding of the game to thrive in that position. A good midfielder should be able to read the tempo of games. Regulate the flow and pattern of the game.
I think midfielders generally make good coaches. Most of the best coaches were ex midfield players.( In my opinion). They make good tacticians.
Defence is the second most difficult position to play after midfield because you need stamina and ruggedity to thrive in that position. You should be strong and able to run after and neatly tackle fast paced attacks.
Infact, I prefered playing defense but after some time I would change position and go upfront as a striker because I easily got tired and didn't have very good stamina to keep up.
The attack is the second easiest position to play (after goal keepers) because if they have a hard working and good midfield to support them half of their job is done. Receiving passes, theirs is just to convert the chances created. Most times it's midfielders that create chances.
It's weird they (attackers) get the highest in terms of pay and transfer fees even though it is less difficult position to play than the midfield and defense.
I guess it's because football is about scoring goals in the end so that justifies the attention they get.
I played and was good at all positions except that mid field.
The short of all I said is that the midfield is the most difficult position to play on a football pitch.
I stated my opinion no one should quote me. Everyone should talk their own! As you dey post dey keep, pray make them no carry ball shoot your nose o. |

Crucialgem: So I saw the story of the guy that was scared to do his HIV test made me remember the story of this my guy
So this guy is a grade one womanizer like those staunch one thats always scrolling dating site to look for new catch. So on this occasion he re connected with this long time babe that was a friend to one of his girl back then, so they exchanged number and they started calling and chatting(Just his normal routine if he doesn't want to spend much money for HK) the girl was staying alone so apparently he was planning a visit to her crib. A day before going he uploaded her picture and and put a sort of emoji that showed they were together, boom his old time girl that he knew the babe from just DMed him and was asking him if he was now going out with the girl
He just thought probably she was jealous and all and started giving her straight answers, Omo!! The girl just burst the guy bubbles that she was HIV positive at first he thought the lady was bad-mouthing the girl not until the girl started sending evidences to him of her HIV test results Omo!!!! my guy nearly run mad
This was the girl he was supposed to go and see the next day and Omo I can bet my balls that he was going to lay her that next day and I am not sure he is a condom guy
He confronted the girl and all, at first she was denying it when he sent her the test results she started confessing that ehnn she did it a long time but it wasnt real that she has been praying about it, but then he had seen her with those HIV drug before but he wasn't sure so na when katakata burst he reconnected all the story together
Guys lets play safe outside there. Omo anytime I remember that story it is always giving me chills. If you see the particular girl she is just a normal girl you can approach on the road they don't write this thing for head ooo. You know whether that your friend already gets am,even you too you fit get am...coded |
