we love ur concern about the distance u metion but is part of our services to go to any in length in satifying our client
we travell out of lagos to work, place like asaba ,abeokuta,benin and so on . we are still holding one project at AGUGI

pls dont bother urself on distance, well all we can do about the price is that we can give u the minimum of 55000 on
each duplex.
firstly, we are risking the job we never see by telling u the price online but we cant risk the estimate of paints u are
going to used on each duplex. that is why we need to know the size of each duplex.

let us help u by giving u tip on how u can tell us the size of each room in the duplex.
1] a slate ie one ceiling is 4feet by length or brength.
2] calculate how many slate in a room .

that we make us know the size of each room in one duplex then we just made an estimate for u

1] size by feet of each room in the duplex

a] how many rooms, sitting rooms, dinning,toilet,kitchen in each
duplex
2] like what abocana say his house have, i mean if ur house is build
with brick outside or not.
3] for each of the duplex our labour fee is 75,000.00
4] u can purchase paint from DULUX ,BERGER ,SILKA because their
paint what the best for our climate condition

firstly, u say u have an estimate of 120 to 125 with u but we can asure u
that we are giving u the best service.

we also paint with the best [acrylic latex or oil gloss paint] that we last more than
2 to 3 years of durability . if any thing should happened we stand to face it.

we can be considerate due to what u said that the wall outside is brick, we can bring our
charges to 140,000.00 .also u talk about the pop ceiling inside the house but i can asure
u that u will still tough the ceiling due to the dust from the house.

if u dont mind the costly price of the paint we will advise u to get paint from BERGER,CAP
DULUX,SILKA paint. 20liters of acrylic emulsion cost 4000.00 , while 4liters of gloss oil cost
780 to 800 depending on the area u want to buy the paint from .
