If you had written the test prepared for IT guys, you would have admitted that the test was accurately tailored and fair.
I answered the questions not because I read and prepared for it , but because they were practically oriented as to what i do on a daily basis.

Physical interviews would have been the best and a true test of ability for EH.
What happens if those selected for interview stage because they scaled through Aptitude test stage do not have required skill sets for different positions available?

For instance IT has other sub-units that require specific training, experience, certifications and licenses to work in.
How can they manage this and optimize good service delivery?

I applied for Lead, Blending. My questions were mostly Financial and Project Management related which I wasn't even expecting. A few Maths and Logic as well.

I am an EH too and progressed to the next stage.
Which role did you apply for?

I'm EH and I've gotten the succeess mail for interview. I concur with you, the EH exam was something else. The twist was just too much but Thank God for success at last.

My experience as an EH was different.
Applied for an IT role and the questions were over 70% technical and practical. I learnt it was different for other EH with engineering discipline as core engineering questions were asked.

Interview is coming up in January.

Experiencehire were very few,but the questions didnt favor most honestly, no matter how intelligent you are,you will be helpless. It was like askinga fish how to climb a tree and askinga monkey how to swim.

Please why on earth is our system this way. After 2 years of prayers, dedication, struggle to see the end of this scholarship,then you are told your year of admission does not apply. Why were we not informed about if in the first place.
Thank God for PhD students but MSc No way....
