Any legal practional candidates in the house? This question is for you. Anybody can also contribute your opinions. *HERE IS MY QUESTION. *A woman had a violent quarrel with her husband who then disappeared untraced for a long time. The "witnesses" to the quarrel alleged that she killed him, even though his body was never found (it was felt that she was too clever in hiding the body)* *She was, eventually, arraigned, tried and sentenced.* *She served a strict jail term for the murder. And, after she came out, she found out that her husband was living with another woman.* *She traced him to the other woman's house and shot and killed him; he died for real this time around! So, she was re-arrested and re-arraigned for the murder of the same person.* *IF YOU WERE THE NEW JUDGE, will you look at the case as a fresh murder or will you look at it as a crime for which she had already served an appropriate jail term??* *(GIVE REASONS!)* Let's have your view please. |

If you have any types of tattoo in your body, bro just forget the whole thing, it's better for you not to attend the screening, ARMY don't joke with tatoo, infact if you are discovered they might detain you in guard room. Those of you believing professional certificates is not required especially in the medical field, believe me it's a big lie. You must have a current practicing license as a specialist, because Army will not conduct another professional examination for your course of study, your existing practicing license is what proved you are not a (DPO) dangerous practicing officer. However you can still proceed if don't have required documents for DSSC they might give you option for SSC, if your age is within SSC, that is what they did to some candidates last year. I wish everyone success. |

Damfostopper:Very nice course bro. Your course of study is needed in the army, you will become HIM officer. My uncle is also HIM officer, he attained the rank of Major 3 years ago. They can ask you anything, you must have a good knowledges in both local and international health history /cases. You must be conversants with diseases names and prevention. Just ready to face any funny questions like these (1) if you come across any dying person besides the road, what is your first idea of how help?. (2) by law who should responsible for removal of dead body abandoned in the street....you be asked a lot questions on prevention of diseases, the role of every healths organization in the world and when they established. NB: you will face a serious and multiple questions when you get to the panel, you must be a sharp and smart, you also need to be vocal, five officers might be asking you a different question at a time, I have not been there before but previous candidates who's now an officer told me his experiences, ARMY would confused you till you forget your name. Don't try to stammer (Army would never take stammerer) or answering likes these "you know you know you know"as an answers, make sure you avoid using big grammars or any complex words, idiom, slang, don't too follow rules of english pronounciation I mean *Diction* don't pronounced army as Amy, don't pronounced water as warer, just be your self. Don't ever try to correct any officer in anyway especially when you discovered that they are grammatical faulty. This is somebody experience let take it as case of study: the officer said: can you *confused* us that if you were considered for the enlistment you would give army the best in you? Instead of my guy to answer "yes" he started correcting the Colonel that his grammar is faulty: *it's convinced not confused sir*. My people behold: they sent him away immediately...Over Sabi dey kill many candidates. Hmmm remember village people dey real oo. Lol |
