I am still wondering the criteria they will use in selecting the successful candidates. Considering how some of us have varying experiences with the interviewers. Also this process is a new assessment method and we have already seen some disorganization with the interviewers. Relatively 50 persons were interviewed throughout this process. I really want to know their criteria.

But from the group work - I noticed some group were all crammed with their views. Basically they expect you all to be able to organize yourselves and have a healthy interaction with varying views then choose the best option. There should be decorum. In this case it is advisable for someone to volunteer the organization and timing of the group; same should also contribute.

For CBI and Presentation, each assessor submit an evaluation of your session. For the group exercise, one assessor is assign per candidate for evaluation.

I think the cumulative of these evaluation I is what they will use to rank each candidate

This is basically what I observed during my interview. So I may be wrong

omo, i ws just frustrated during the process, waiting unnecessarily, and the time was not favorable, rushing a whole lot, the group exercise had two girls just talking with themselves and not giving me chance to even speak.

As Ocon said earlier, tell me about a time questions for like 20mins, the waiting was so long, like something that will take just 1hr max for all took 3hrs. Then 5 minutes for presentation and 1 question after that Group exercise

Omo, you dey lucky oo. My CBI was 50 minutes.

Also, there was not much waiting during mine. Everything was swift and moving quickly.

I guess there's more candidate now , plus mine was the 2nd day

You're not presenting anything

Your group might be lucky they increase your time. The time was reduced from 10 minutes to 5 minutes during my time as it was late

I missed my CBI and the others yesterday (because i was confused actually). On Tuesday I confirmed attendance and by 1:20pm yesterday, I clicked on the “exercises link” when it now directed me to schedule a meeting for the virtual assessment, I thought the CBI wouldn’t hold yesterday anymore, and I didn’t get any other link, although I didn’t confirm attendance on the second mail they sent cos i just thought it was an error on their part since the mail was the same as the first one I confirmed attendance for.
I even sent a mail yesterday asking for clarification from them and I didn’t get a response.
I really do not know what to do right now

is it only CBI you missed or everything?!

There's was a guy that missed group exercise on the first day and he he was allowed to join my group yesterday...

So the first part is CBI.… They move you into a room with 4-5 panels. They ask the "tell about a time bla bla questions". Mine lasted for 45-50 minutes

Then they move you into another room for presentation. They project your submitted PowerPoint and you present. 5 minutes and then questions on the presentation.

Last part is group exercise, we were 4 in my group. They gave us a link to 3 case study. 5 minutes to read it and another 5 minutes to discuss amongst ourselves.

it was fine actually... They kept to time for the most part and although there was a little delay. But they kept to time
