I am not even holding brief for Rashford but it is very irritating when people just come and start dropping imaginary info to buttress their points.

When Rashford was been compared to Mbappe i was one of those that didn't support it. He is not on that level, but he is also not a bad player for his age.

Bad coaching, lack of quality seniors in the team, and too much pressure/hype too soon have stagnated his progress.

Watch this space, if in 2yrs time Greenwood starts to struggle the same people hyping him now (and who were hyping Rashy 2-3yrs ago) will turn on him too.

Asking young players to do too much too soon in a system that lacks quality seniors and quality structure is a mistake. Mentioning players like Mbappe, Maradona that did it while young does not disprove this fact. Those are outliers and not the norm.
