I didn't write them off, I said they should continue with their development, there was never any time I was in favour throwing youngsters into the deep end to avoid them being affected psychologically. You are here again crying that the yoot are not good enough, can United buy players in April to replace the so labelled shitty senior players? Giving the yoot more playing time in this League games will help Amorim access them better going into the new season, rather than in pre-season where almost every player plays like Maradona. This doesn't stop him from buying good players in the summer..

Chido Obi at 17 is a wonderful prospect, but is not ready yet for EpL games starting. He needs to continue with the youth team and eventually go on a loan to develop more skillsz. but I was told that he is better than Hojlund. As bad as Hojlund is Obi is no where near.

We need at least 5 quality players in a number of positions including the GK. then we will be fine. The academy players should be gradually ease in or loaned out.

Collyer has been injured for 2 out of the past 3 months. He definitely would have gotten more minutes cos he is our most athletic midfielder who combines both strength and speed.

Amad’s loan achieved what it was meant to do. He got regular game time in a less intense environment where he could get better and where his mistakes were not as consequential.

I am not sure how you want to turn Amad’s loan which was one of our most successful loans in probably a couple of decades into a negative thing.
