I used to feel that way too but I have seen the light. Your core players have to be very technical. They should be very good at a couple of things, not average joes here and there. We can fill up the team with average or slightly above average, but like 5 of them plus the keeper have to be above average, if possible way above

Sincerely. At least 5 needs to be world class, not just in random places but key places depending on your style
