Just imagine a student mourning 2:1 & 'ld rather a 2:2 instead.
Story had it that the man himself graduated with 2:2 & was able to propound some form of Theorem in use abroad where he also lectures post-graduates, so he sees little reason any student should make a first class or 2:1 from an "Ill-equipped" school.

Thing is..."big money" is relative in different leagues and to different clubs. Now say for instance 15m euros is big money to Wolfsburg schalke PSV, its not to Barca, Madrid clubs n Manchester clubs. So a player at a smaller(in terms of financial strength) club maybe a flop at 15m. It may not be so at richer clubs.
