You are welcome. Yes mutual fund is a trusted investment and we have different types of mutual fund and various fund managers.
I will recommend Vantage Gurranteed income fund VGIF managed by investment one (former GTBank asset management) for you. It gives Gurranteed 7.5% per annum current with some extras depending on fund's profit.
To open account, click on my signature for the link and my contact

@emmasoft, thank you for the enlightenment. Please concerning the Vantage Gurranteed income fund VGIF,

1. Is the capital preserved? I mean is it 100% certain that no matter what happens, one is sure to get his capital back?

2. Is there any holding period during which one cannot withdraw his funds at all (or withdraw it without charges)? If there are charges if one withdraws early, are such aharges on the capital or on the accrued interest?

Thank you as I await you valued response.

Please advice me please. I just purchased a Toyota Camry (Toks). Should I do rental or HP?

Your input will be highly appreciated.

It depends on what you want. If the car is strictly for business and you don't intend to use it yourself in future, putting it up on HP is better so that both you and the driver will be happy in the end. But if you think you will need the car for personal use in future, the go for rental.

The rate at which MMF interest is dropping baffles me and I had a second thought... Digital agriculture. Did my investigation online via a thread on nairaland designed specifically for it and oh yes, I have diversified. I can't come and kill myself this 2020 as I want everywhere to stew for me.
Please, check my signature for my referral code to register with Farm Funds Africa.

I hope this is not another form of MMM in disguise. I checked their site out and saw the design like MMM. For instance, you sponsor a farm(more like providing help), you wait for a period of time during which the sponsored farm grows(similar to mavro of MMM growing), then the interest with the capital is paid(just like GHing). After which you recycle or walk away. There is also a referral bonus. I spoke with one of the agents and demanded that I see the farm before I can sponsor but he said because of security reasons, they don't show sponsors the farm. This makes me wonder if they really have a farm somewhere or not.

Please does anyone have more information about the Farm Funds Africa and similar platforms? Do they really have farm somewhere? If yes has anyone seen those farms in existence?

Kindly enlighten me more. Thank you

Your submission is rather strange. How could they make mistake with regards payment of interest. I thought the whole process is automated. If it is automated then its garbage in garbage out. These applications don't make mistake. I stand to be corrected though and of course this is Nigeria.

I share your view my brother. How can they claim there was a mistake? It raises a lot of concerns. What if they subsequently say that most of the accrued interest was a mistake? I did not want to comment more on this further but at least I have seen one person that thinks outside the box who will not just accept whatever they want us to believe.

If, they really think it's a mistake, let them come clean by telling us what and how they calculate/calculated it.

please which MMF brand is best to invest with

From my little experience, ARM appears to be the best MMF managers for now.

Note: I don't work with ARM neither do I have their share. I am only comparing the investment I have with them to the one I have with another MMF(name withheld).

This is very true! My investment reduced by few thousands after the End of year interest accrued payment. I hardly check my account regularly until recently when I funded my account, and the amount did not reflect in my account, so I began some regular monitoring after it was rectified. I still haven't received any response to my email, or is it a sort of yearly account maintenance fee? This is strange...oga emmasoft, over to you sir. Something is not adding up!

I noticed the same thing too. I was wondering if I was the only one who experienced it.

Please does anyone know about the FBN fixed income fund as regards how it it works, whether the yield is daily like the money marked fund and the risk level involved? Is the capital also preserved?

Thank you for educating a novice.
