Buhari is not OPEC and he is not World Bank, this incoming government needs lot of funds both locally and internationally to execute its many projects and I don't think selling pump price of PMS @ N40 per litre is part of it......yes he can reduce it a little but no he can't try the N40 mark. Our 70% budget allocations on recurrent expediture and 30% budget spending on capital expediture is killing!
