Choi ![]() Are you telling me MrCork has an infection and that you have a small koboko? |
I feel your pains my dear but the truth is, you have to move on. Dont coerce him into marrying you, you will be doomed. Get to see him and break the covenant mutually, release him and move on, that way, your heart will be at rest. |

I actually wanted to be a lawyer back then. My eldest brother studied law in UNN and would always come home during breaks and speak big big English unlike the regular ones we were used to. I was always impressed and swore I was going to be like him. I read every Grisham novel. Then Jamb came and I filled in Law Ist choice UNN, Law 2nd Choice UNIZIK, Law 3rd choice ABU. UNN cut me off by 8marks on merit, I landed fine with UNIZIK, but they denied me admission, 2nd choice. I was in the merit list for ABU but for some strange reasons my name/score was swapped and after trying to rectify for a while, that session ended. I forgot to mention that UNN offered me Sociology and stupid me, I rejected it. So I stayed at home another year and started lessons, I was so close to the administrator that he started changing my views. It was he that noticed I was better in figures than in long grammar and the 5mths I was under his tutelage saw me make a sharp turn for a figure based course. I bought JAMB again and filled in UNN 1st choice Accountancy UNN 2nd choice Accountancy UNN 3rd choice Banking and finance. I was cut off Accountancy again and this time by 9marks , I was comfy in B/F but I was told as well that B/F was restrictive and i'd never loved banks or working in one. I made up my mind to change after my first year then I left the north and landed in the east to start sch with an admission for B/F. I went to register and was told my name was for Accountancy and was given reg number meant for Accountancy class. |
Gosh! When did this thread cross the 100pg threshold? Kai! Errrm, abeg, someone should start another thread with the same title but with a '2' or 'II' beside it and post the link here so that I can lock this and not lose any of you. |
Ewwwwww |
Link to the other thread abeg. I'm not a lez. |
Write a letter to both NECO and WAEC explaining your loss. @Ola: I see you. |
Mukina isnt anything like the pic you have up there. She's one beautiful darkskinned tall model like beauty. @Mr Cork: you are the best! Muuuaaaah! |
codeaddict: That was 2008. Read about it here-http://naijatechtalk./2008/02/06/re-why-seun-may-forbid-the-discussion-of-islam-on-nairaland/Wow! Wow! Wow! Thanx code. Its eyeopening. So instead of 'forbiding the discussion on Islam' like he said, he decided to give them a 'joint'. Now I represent Christians here and asking nicely, i'm not threatning nobody but I do hope its attended to. |
eGuerrilla: Otedola the paragon of truth?Hehehehehe. |
First Bank |
cyrexx: you want those muslims to threaten Seun's life again. did you forget how they issued fatwa against him for not respecting their religion. the man does not want trouble from islamic fundamentalists thats why he gave them their section. if other religions can do the same, they will get what they want too.i've been seeing comments here and there talking about a threat on Seun's life if a section wasnt carved out, please post the link so I can read for myself |
![]() This looks deeper than I imagined. OMG! |
Thank you Lord for what you have done and yet to do in my life this day. |
JeSoul: Odunnu, you raised some good points for thought, and as you said, much of it is out of the hands of the mods. The religion section is not the christian section and as such, we all have to learn to play nice together. Its tedious for you and I must commend your strenght, patience and moderating skill. |
xcolanto: Its only fair that the Christians have their own section so far as a religion (Muslims) have been given theirs. The denial of this would only lead to christian members of this forum feeling deprived and cheated of their own platform to express their religious views in a section created for them and this demand would continue to come up so long the forum exists. The best would be for seun to address the issue if he would create such section and if not why not. I believe nairaland is a community with different religious backgrounds and i don't see how accommodating these diverse religions should be a problem.thank you |
God2man: There are so many christians in Nigeria, but if you look at the Religion section, you will discover that we don't have a large percentage of christians making reasonable contributions again, what they do is to read and go away. Why? It is not all about tolerance, it is about looking at those things that can affect christians positively. Good things that can edify, great topics that can make Nigerian christians better.Amen |
kandiikane: Although this site was made and is own by a nigerian. There are a lot of non-nigerians in this forum. It addresses mostly the needs of Nigerians |
Missy_B: It's needless to say I agree with you that the level of intolerance and disrespect towards Christians and their credence is a saddening shame, but I do not think having a section for Christians will solve the problem.have you been to the islam section and seen the MOD assisting Jarus act? |
kandiikane: So if they make a section for christianity, when the people of Islam, Paganism, Jainism, Zoroastrian, hinduism etc come will a section be made for them too?Nigerians are mostly either Christians or Muslims. The muslims already have a section, the christians are only asking for equality |
