Please I need advise, if someone is going for master program is letter of introduction compulsory and if yes is it also compulsory to notorized it?

Happy new year my people, please I need advise.
My visa date is on the 7th and I am using a foreign sponsor. My issue is that my sponsorship documents will only arrive after my visa date so I am asking if it will be ok to submit scan copies pending when the original arrive

Please, is there anyone or if you know anyone that got visa with accommodation documents that was issued by agent or private landlord other than accommodation issued by school?

Please how did you go about your accommodation document, was it your school that issued you the accommodation or you got your accommodation yourself?

Has anyone gotten visa with self gotten hostel accommodation? If yes please advise us
