Please guys what does it take for a transcript to be comprehensive?

You need to make your own research. Applications to Germany universities is very straightforward.

Look for courses you want from the list on that website I sent earlier, then check if your school needs Uni-assist application or it's done directly.

For Uni-assist, the first application is €75, while subsequent applications cost €30. All you need is to apply with required documents. It's not hard. Take your time

2. The minimum is 1.5, which means your CGPA will be 2.3.

My b.sc GPA is 3.45 and I don't know if I can secure admission in any government schools in Germany for a masters degree program.

Just get conversant with the monthly visa bulletin. When you are current on the first part then you will be notify to submit necessary documents and pay visa fees. Then when your pd is current on the second list just start preparing for interview but I think you will have to wait for a few years before your pd will be current.

they do not recommend a net pay. is you sponsor local or overseas? anyway not that it matters. but just think, if your sponsor is getting paid $400 US equivalent a month and your fees are 1500 euros plus rent per semester i dont think you could argue $400US is sufficient.

it is a notorized/legalized letter by the sponsor to say they will finance all your years in poland etc etc

Be patient with opole. Don’t rush and pay another application fees in another school yet. Just send a mail to Opole telling them that you applied for your program and have paid your application fees but up till this moment they have not sent you their admission decision. Tell them you need their decision to enable you make your decision as admission in most schools is coming to an end for October intakes.
As for that your agency I will advise your run far from them. Don’t go close to that office agn. You can pay your fees through any bank of your choice and the money will get to the school

I have tried reading some pages and have gotten some information, but I have a few questions:

1. I want to use my sister in the US as a sponsor, and I'm thinking of telling her to help me pay my tuition fee, hopefully it'll be faster, as I heard that Nigerian banks take a long time before it reflects in the school account. I saw in one of the pages that it's not advisable, can I just know why please?

2. I also saw in one of the thread pages that, one can use Transfer Wise to pay application fee. Can I also use it to my tuition fee?

3. I applied to Opole since April, and was just informed 2 weeks ago that I cannot be accepted for Masters program, because of my cgpa, and I would have to do an undergraduate degree. I accepted to do an undergraduate degree, but they still haven't sent a letter of admission yet. Has anyone experienced this?.

4. Since Opole is taking too long to give me admission, i have applied to WSEI Lublin. Is anyone studying in the school, and how is the city/school like, in terms of environment, jobs etc.

5. Do you think I still have a good chance to meet up with resumption for October, if hopefully Opole or Lublin gives me admission before the end of this month. Considering, visa application and all the legilization brouhaha.

6. If I can't use Transfer Wise, and my sister can't pay for me, what bank can I use to pay my tuition fee, and the payment would go very fast. Because the agency handling my admission is saying they can pay my tuition for me, but their rate is #600 per euro.

Also, I saw in the thread, something about CC account. Please what is a CC account and how does it work? Can I use it to pay for my tution fee, and it'll be very fast?

Who told you that you can’t use it to apply to another school if it was address to a different school?
