Politics / Re: Charles Ogbu Lashes Out At Buhari For Not Honouring Humphrey Nwosu. by ofai: 11:39pm On Jun 12, 2018 |
LaudableXX: Am sorry, I thought I was dealing with a grown up, I didn't know your sense was this senseless. Who is Humphrey nwosu? A Yoruba? Or Ijaw? In your mind, once nwosu is downplayed, then ignos have little relevance and recognition in the June 12 story. Anything or anyone Igbo offends you. You are so useless that a cow dung is more valuable than you. |

dealslip: Madam hold it there. Your biase and bigotry stinks. Nwosu played his role sagaciously and was even attacked and threatened for it. Abiola didn't win much of southeast, it because he was an outcast as you claimed, but because An Igbo, SYLVESTER UGOH was a running mate to Tofa of NRC. you Yorubas voted mainly APC because of the osinbajo factor, so stop trying to be clever by half. |

bigtt76: Go and read the real story and stop manifesting stupidity here. Nwosu coordinated the freest and fairest election in Nigeria. Not even a mugu can dispute that. Kingibe that left abiola and joined abacha later on, what do you say about it? As usual, you won't see that because its a northerner. Coward. |

Sir, Today you might not have been celebrated or appreciated, but at least you have long been vindicated. June 12 was the freest and fairest election in Nigeria's history. You never took sides with the oppressors. You put your life on the line by manning and coordinating what is being celebrated today in 1993. It is understandable as to why you were not recognized. Doing so would have spoilt the day. Perhaps they have reserved another day for your recognition, maybe by this time next year, after you must have aided in voting them back to power, or maybe when your Igbo ethnicity does so by "falling in line". I personally do not want you to be carried away by the Greek gift of this present administration. While Abiola's mandate recognition is a laudable move by the presidency, Death and poverty still roams everywhere in this country, nothing has been done about it. May 30th, a day given to pay a sit-at-home tribute to victims of the Nigeria-Biafra war was a success despite the government's show of force in the south east. While Igbo played a huge role in the Democratization of June 12, we should be more concerned about our own heroes and regional development. Despite contributions to june 12, let us focus on our own, if we speak about June 12, they would say we igbos are hateful and jealous. They didn't say the same to wole Soyinka who raised an eyebrow on buharis body language on June 12. Professor Nwosu, in time you will be remembered. I salute your maturity and wisdom as regards June 12. I read your letter to presidency published today on news tabloids. Very apt, very mature and deep. God bless you sir.
