Express Sport believes that Frenchman tendered his resignation as Arsenal boss after he had furious row with a group of his players this morning, thought to be instigated by contract rebel Alexis Sanchez.

Chelsea are reportedly planning to make Eden Hazard the Premier League best paid player by offering him new deal that could worth as much as £300,000 a week with bonuses.

Paul Pogba is currently the division’s top earner with his £290,000-a-week deal with Manchester United.


Hazard's current deal at Stamford Bridge is said to be worth £200,000-a-week and expires in 2020.

However, with Real Madrid pursuing a move this summer, Chelsea are looking to secure their star man’s future at the club.

According to reports making rounds in Italy, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte turned down Roman Abramovich’s offer to sign Neymar for Chelsea.

Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport claim that Chelsea’s billionaire owner has reached an agreement with Barcelona to sign the Brazilian for €180 million (£155.5m).

But in a meeting over dinner after the 2-1 victory over Stoke City last Saturday, Conte is said to have told Abramovich that he wants to pursue other transfer targets this summer.

Yaya Toure's agent Dimitri Seluk has hinted that Manchester City midfielder would be open to the idea of moving to local rivals Manchester United this summer.

Toure has made almost 300 appearances for the Citizens, but his seven-year stay at the Etihad Stadium is expected to come to an end when his contract expires in June.

According to report from Daily Telegraph, Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain have sent a five-page dossier and letter to UEFA complaining about the lacklustre and unjust refereeing during their 6-1 defeat against Barcelona.

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo paid £10 million (US$12 million) to a surrogate mother who is due to give birth to twin boys "very soon", according to a report.

The 32-year-old Real Madrid superstar is expected to fly the boys to his mansion on the outskirts of the Spanish capital.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has aimed a thinly veiled dig at his former club, Chelsea by suggesting that Paul Pogba deserved the man of the match award after Manchester United's defeat to Chelsea.
