Be Always Ready: This is where we all tend to get it wrong, to me what I love doing is now part of my daily activity, I cant go a day without doing it of telling someone about it, in this way am improving myself and getting to empower more people, am always ready to take any good offer related to my field or niche. some people just wait until they get a call or read in the news that there is a job offer somewhere before they start reading of preparing, I must say this will weaken your ability to deliver.

Be Dressed To Suit The Job: Every job has its own style of-processing, know what a corporate dressing entails ( don't dress up for a professional with colored socks, chest rose and know the dress style for the company), you must understand that your esteem and values reflect on your dressing. be very sure you are comfortable with your style before they examine you they judge your dressing, like the popular, say that says ''how you are dressed is how you will be dressed''
your character, smile, and attitude is part of your dressing.
3.Know Your Employee: In here scouting is the code, do a back research about them before meeting them, equip yourself with all the details about the company, like the date it was founded, the company chart, mode of operations, awards are worn, difficulty they had, company team and so on

Imagine a world without girls, or a world filled with only men, I've got no answer to this questions, but I guess you do and you should know how the world will feel without them.

I once told a lady that "if your dreams is more realistic than your real life experience then don't wake up" she felt so bad, i could see her actions through her face, but i guess she took a second thought and had to call me to explain things to her.
