Matters are different. You can't be delaying this particular matter when INEC time table this time was schemed to disenfranchised people. If the judgement is delayed and does not favour them INEC time table create a situation that will not enable them to join another political party because according to the law to contest an election you should have spent some period there which they put there because they have created all these problems for that purpose.

That means even if they have given Dangote the refinery for free the government would not have wasted 16 billion dollars for a failed maintenance.
