That is for the tribulation Saints. Rapture would have happened already. That one you are talking about is during the second coming of Jesus Christ. Rapture is not the second coming of Jesus. 1 Cor 15 speaks about the resurrection of the dead and rapture. 1Thessalonians 4:14-17. Chapter 5 also.
Let me ask you a logical question. If the tribulation period is seven years then how will the coming of Jesus be unknown to us. The day and the time he said no one knows. The tribulation Saints at that times will be people that will believe in Jesus afterwards because of what they have seen or experience at the rapture. The rapture will make doubters to believe in Jesus but it will be too late for them because they will have to pay for their salvation with their own blood. Also Christians that also believe in Jesus that sin was found in them at the time of the rapture those will be the tribulation Saints.
