Putinofrussia: Have all of those stopped the terrorism? No!! It has been happening in the USA before dem born my mama. Shootings involving guns have become a fact of American culture. While mass murders happened throughout recorded history, changing civilian gun technology has made the murders more deadly.
In 1966 the deadliest mass murder in U.S. history up to that point took place at the University of Texas at Austin. The “Texas Tower Sniper”* killed 16 people and wounded 31 over 96 minutes, using a bolt action rifle and semiautomatic weapons. His weapons allowed him to achieve a casualty rate of one every two minutes. The current deadliest mass murder in the United States took place in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2017. Firing from a hotel into a country music festival, a shooter killed 58 people and wounded 546 over 10 minutes. By using assault rifles converted into automatic weapons, he achieved a casualty rate of one per second.
The question is why couldn't the presidents of USA stop the terror with all their technology, satellites etc...why? Do you know why? U no really get sense........pls tell us what became the fate of those crime pepetrators. Were they caught and prosecuted or they were pardoned and reintegrated into the society. |

Earlier last year,a woman boarded my Keke and told me a similar case ,and it was her son it happened to.....As at then, the son was already chilling inside police cell, and was told to pay back the money was 10m then....The mom had to put her only house up on sale just to bail out her son....The father said he wouldn't get himself involved cuz he warned their son about not spending the money when the money first dropped in his account.. The thing is the owner of the money would be willing to trace it if it's legit money but if it's not legit, the owner might be reluctant. |

Richtaiwo: I’m honestly confused.
Are they planning to add N50 to the existing charge, or are they just discovering N50 for the first time, as if they haven’t been charging us all along?
Because every single time I make a transfer, N53 mysteriously joins the transaction. Of course, that N53 never reaches the recipient, it vanishes into thin air, officially labeled “charges.”
So what exactly is new here? Are we paying another N50 on top of the already missing N53, or is this just a dramatic rebranding of the same old deduction we’ve been funding without applause? Lol..... remember you must not complain. Stop remarketing Nigeria |

Politics › Re: My Take On US Military Airstrikes In Nigeria Over "Christian Genocide" by ogashman(m): 10:27am On Dec 28, 2025 |
truthera: There is no way you can justify or whitewash the US military airstrikes in Nigeria because it remains a fact that Nigeria is a sovereign state. Even the USA will not allow another country to meddle in it's internal affairs the way it's government continue to do in Nigeria. The root problem when it comes to all the crisis going on in Nigeria is Nigerians, I say this is because Nigerians have consistently overtime demonstrated gross nonchalance towards doing any thing as a people to hold their government responsible. So one will ask why won't the situation get worse when Nigerians always prefer to fold their arms as a people and did nothing to hold their government accountable over the insecurity and terrorists ravaging the country. Why won't terrorism, crime rate go up when Nigerians allowed the situation to get worse by not mobilizing and pressurizing the government to do something about it. Trump and US government may have good intentions but the fact still remains that their military campaigns in Nigeria is a dangerous precedence to the country's sovereignty. IMHO, their constant push to tag the security crisis in Nigeria solely as christian genocide exposes their hypocrisy and true motives which may be to instigate a religious war. Nigeria's complex security crisis goes beyond persecution of christians because apart from real jihadists killing for religious purposes, there are also those killing for other reasons like fulani sponsored ethnic genocide (Ancestoral land grabbing to expand their settlements), foreign backed Illegal miners killing to force relocation of indigenous people so as to gain access to their natural resource rich lands, bandits raiding communities to steal and kidnap for ransome, politicians occupying public offices and senior military officers sponsoring insecurity in order to profit from high security vote allocations and foreign aids programs.
If US, UK and their western allies like France who pretend to care about Nigeria truly want to help the country then all other factors I mentioned above must be considered as well. It is sad that many Nigerians who should know better regarding Nigeria's security issues have allowed themselves to be deceived in echoing western propaganda of christian genocide when it is not entirely true. I won't say that Trump's action in ordering US military intervention had no positive impact but the issue here is not about whether his military action was successful in the killing terrorists as what is at stake here is it's long term negative implications of exacerbating Nigeria's security situation leading to a full blown religious war that will lead to more deaths and destruction.
Nigerians must understand and learn from history that powerful countries like US do not offer free military charity programs, there is always a hidden agenda to advance their foreign policy interests which most times may not be in the interest of the host country (Afganistan, Libia, Iraq et al). The bottomline here is that a lasting solution to Nigeria's security crisis won't come from supporting foreign powers to invade the country as it is guaranteed to fail and may make it worse due to inherent selfish political interests that will always be the true motive behind these foreign powers. If Nigerians truly want to address the issue of terrorism and other security challenges affecting the country, then deliberate actions like mass peaceful protests, civil disobedience like nationwide seat at home must be conducted to show their displeasures, the government of the day must be held accountable.
Since the primary purpose of a democratic government is to provide security and welfare to the people which the Tinubu led government has failed and continue to fail woefully to do, instead of calling on foreign powers, there is a constitutional remedy that safeguards Nigeria's sovereignty and democracy, guarantees a faster, easier route which Nigerians can explore if they truly want to address the security crisis, this option is simply to demand for the impeachment, removal of Tinubu and his compromised government, to pave the way for a general election that will allow Nigerians elect another government that will do what they want like fighting corruption, restructuring or dividing the country and tackling the security crisis. Nigerians need to understand that they must do something as a people to save themselves as there is no easy route in addressing the issues they face. I will reiterate once more, there is no silver bullet, Trump, US, UK, France, Germany do not really care as they are all pursuing their own personal agendas. The solution to Nigeria's problems is local and not foreign, Tinubu's terrible APC government must end if Nigerians still want a country.... You just wrote trash 🗑️ Imagine blaming Nigerians for the insecurity bedeviling them instead the president you campaigned and voted for. This is the height of self deceit. How do we hold Tinubu accountable? By going to aso rock? Is he deaf and dumb? Doesn't he read, listen or watch what is happening in the country he took oath to protect? Terrorists kill and abduct people everyday and he says nothing. No arrests, no prosecution,no conviction of these terrorists. Instead they are pardoned and released back into society as repentant terrorists. Charlie Kirk was killed and Trump picked his assassin in less than 48hr. The guy who missed assassinating Trump was picked in less than 48hrs. Over here government would send their errand boys to tv stations to tell us why they can't arrest the culprits or why they can't be tracked. Oga make u rest abeg. If Tinubu was serious about fighting insecurity, the first thing he would have done was to abolish the rehabilitation of terrorists from the Buhari era but no, he continued where Buhari stopped. |
