I have been applying to Stanbic IBTC since February 2012 for every opening that i meet the criteria, but has not be called for any interview. I work and base in Kaduna with 8yrs banking experience, and all my applications to Stanbic has been online.

1. Do i have to send hard copy of my CV directly to HR to be called for an interview?
