It is very normal to spit after urinating, its biological. Each time you are urinating, a minute quantity of urine is also secreted through your silivary glands in your mouth. Spiting will vary b/w individuals because some salivary glands are bigger than others. Spiting while urinating its actually a reactive action from the irritation caused by the urine secretion in your Mouth.

I have been following this thread religiously for some time now. I have been applying to Stanbic IBTC since February 2012 for every opening that i meet the criteria, but has not be called for any interview. I work and base in Kaduna with 8yrs banking experience, and all my applications to Stanbic has been online.

1. Do i have to send hard copy of my CV directly to HR to be called for an interview?

The last time Nigerians were this Happy was when Abacha died.
