Mine is MSc transcript and the processing was done online. I paid at UI MFB and sumitted the required documents at the postgraduate School.You can google UI Transcript request to get the link for filling the form you will use to make payment.

Ogbeni , calm down. Chill with chilled bottle of juice. Go and attend to other things. Except if your IELTS is ready and you are notwriting any other supporting exams then you may be in a hurry. As for me I just gentle, I follow them jejely, I have other things I am working on .

You can try calling or sending them a message on Twitter. Sometimes that can spur them to be faster. But it's not guaranteed sha.

This will be the status from the time they receive the first document until they receive your other documents as well. It will take a while for them to review and accept, before they evaluate it.

The faster you can get your other documents to them, the faster they can start the evaluation.
