evergreen9: I have the same question, mine is Bsc, I would like to know if English language test is compulsory, can I use my 100L transcript to apply for a Bsc program in Finland or would Waec suffice? Is Finland still tuition free? wow! it seem like we are in the same category, Finland is no longer tuition free and there is an entrance examination for Bsc program but I'm yet to confirm if there is an alternative. Nevertheless, let's keep each other posted if there is any update. |

I really don't know if this is actually coming late but I would like those of us interested in studying in Finland to get to know ourselves and at the same time keep each other updated while we wait for the application process to commence.
I will also like to plead with all those who has successfully moved to Finland to assist us in responding to our questions. I understand its not really easy to visit nairaland regularly considering your busy schedule but your input will be appreciated considering the recent changes. We need to keep the thread going!!!!
Thanks for your cooperation. |

BarristerAlarig: I also know someone who was also contacted. SCYP says that it doesn't affect ones chances of being awarded the scholarship. It's basically for people who want to learn the basics around using Hungarian. I thought as much. |

BarristerAlarig: I haven't gotten any response from the University of pecs. I did contact SCYP and I was told that the Approval of recommendation letters is still ongoing. I got similar response when I contacted SCYP but I received a mail from one of the school that I applied to concerning a beginner Hungarian language course which will be commencing this month at the Hungarian Embassy in Abuja although it's not obligatory. |

johnsonm2g: I doubt if they will grant you visa to study French in France, they usually refer people who want to study French to go to other French speaking countries closer to them. For your case Benin Republic is close to Nigeria and you will be most likely referred there. My candid advice is this 'don't go and waste your visa application fee'.
If I may ask, why do you want to study French? A girl was granted a visa last year to study French in france. |

Harzontorh: The Parcousup is the replacement of the old admission system called ' admision post-bac'. Its meant for prospective students who hold A French Nationality. Not for international mobilities. I wasn't too sure, I only stated my observation. Thanks for the clarification |
