what i meant by sp is sperm on the upper region. thnks.

pls there is a man i know who has not had sex in his life, his 30yrs he normally feels pain on his upper region so he was asked to go for a check up and he was told he has SP on his upper region is there any danger.

i have multiple uterine fibroid which are very big like a grape fruit which i discovered after ultrasound , i normally use to have waist pain, and i always have 9-12 days heavy flow during my menses am always indoors, and am always dizzy and weak always, which cause me to take multivitamins and i feel pains on my lower abdomen, i was told to under go surgery which i did just 3 Dec 2008 which is going to a yr, but after the surgery the doctor told that i was very lucky that it doesn't reach my cervix area. what did he mean?, that i should get married before its 1yr which am not pls i need to know. but am worried about the scar on my abdomen. am 27yrs
