Information got to use a few minutes ago that some hoodlums by Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Olumo) led by one Taofeek Bakare (a.k.a Tao Olori) and Alhaji Suleman to invade Alhaji Azeez Abiola's (a.k.a. Istijabah) properties including his fuel station.

An eyewitness stated that they invaded Istijabah's properties at midnight to destroy the properties ranging from Tricycle (Keke Napep), Vehicles, Fuel-station and equipment that helps keep the business running.
There was a loss of life during the unjust vandalism of properties.

The earlier mentioned Tao Bakare (a.k.a Tao Olori) was said to have committed a similar atrocity on the 1st day of April 2019. He burnt vehicles worth 27 Million Naira.
He fled on committing the act for years until MC Oluomo brought him back and stated that Tao Olori is his employee.

Lagosians need answers to why the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo Olu, is not doing anything about MC Oluomo's brutal behaviour.
Or could it be that the appointment letter that he received in respect of the Motor Parks Management Committee as the Chairman of the said body was a license for him to start killing and terrorizing the whole of Lagos?

The terror in the state by MC Oluomo and his loyalists is increasing.

Clashes have been going on for days now after the appointment of Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Olumo). Lagos State Parks and Garden Committee.
And yet instead of the call of silence on the crises rocking the transport Sector of Lagos State, it's the opposite keeps happening in the State.

We believe this is because of the sluggishness of the Lagos State Government in taking the necessary steps.

We got an anonymous tip stating that a meeting was held and chaired by Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Olumo),
And he announced the dissolution of the Lagos State Chapter of the Tricycle Owners & Operators Association of Nigeria, headed by Alhaji Abiola Azeez (a.k.a Isijabah).

He (MC Oluomo) took action against the said body out of his jurisdiction.

Here's a question that MC Oluomo needs to answer: Why is Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Olumo) interested in setting the Lagos State on fire with his frequent attack on the leadership of TOOAN and its Operator?


In the last two weeks, it was on record that four face-offs occurred between loyalists of MC Olumo and members of the Tricycle Owners & Operators Association Of Nigeria that resulted in the loss of innocent lives and properties worth millions of naira.
Areas affected are Fagba, Abule Egba, Ayobo, Ijaiye and other areas in the Lagos State.

The story never changed.

The Lagos State Government must reassure residents of Lagos of their Safety by taking immediate action to forestall the forthcoming riot that the decision and unruly action of Former NURTW Chairman, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Olumo) could cause.

MC OLUOMO Meets With OPC and Secret Cult Members, Plans to Hijack Parks from Alhaji Azeez Abiola, Chairman, TOOAN

MC Oluomo reportedly visited the Oba Lambe in the evening hours on Saturday, the 9th Day of April 2022.

Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya, MC Oluomo, Former Chairman, NURTW, also on the same day met with the Oduduwa People's Congress, popularly known as the OPC and members of the secret cults around Ifako-Ijaiye.

It is a tip received from a party that would like to remain an anonymous source.

According to the eyewitness, MC Oluomo was spotted on Saturday, the 9th Day of April 2022, having a meeting with the OPC and secret cult, with the sole aim of strategizing on how they will hijack the parks under Alhaji Azeez Abiola, Chairman, TOOAN's management.

These public spaces should be aware of this plan and be conscious that MC Oluomo, Former Chairman, NURTW, is planning to disrupt the peace and order in Lagos State, the centre of excellence.

Could this be the path that the former chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) is treading?

We only hope that he is not planning to make this a battle between the two bodies involved.

Comrade Adeola Samuel observed the irregularities in how the committee came into existence in a letter he addressed to the general public.

Faulting the choice of Oluomo as chairman of the parks committee, Comrade Adeola Samuel described it as an obnoxious choice adding that the state government committed a grave tactical error.
He went further: and stated that The Lagos State Parking Authority Law provides for a Chairman and six other members of the Authority. There is no provision for a 25-Member Authority. The position of a liaison officer is unknown to the Law. The Authority does not have an Executive Chairman.

How Possible?

Adeola explained that Section 12 of the Law provides for a General Manager must be employed who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Parks Management Committee and be responsible for the general administration of the Authority and the transaction of its day to day activities.

The above is the stand of the Law in the Act you laboured to get passed in the Lagos State House of Assembly and signed by the Governor.

An Act of the Parliament trampled upon by the Governor in flagrant disobedience to the Law.

It is not reasonable.

He, however, recommended that the Governor use his office to let the Masses know that they goofed in the composition of 25 members committee?
Also recommended that the Governor reverse all the claims on the positions they have made and Obey the Law that Babajide Sanwo - Olu, Governor, Lagos State, signed?

He continued that anything contrary will receive nothing but prolonged litigation that will force him, MC Oluomo be mandated, which we do not want to be a reality.

Drama in the State as Lagos appoints MC Oluomo as Parks Management Committee Chairman:

Lagos State Government has appointed an ex-chairman of the state’s chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a) MC Oluomo, as the Chairman of its Parks Management Committee.
Also, a former Assistant Inspector General of Police and the immediate past Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, was appointed as the Liaison Officer of the Committee.

A statement titled, “Lagos govt sets up Parks Management Committee”.
was issued by the Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Gbenga Omotosho said; members of the committee are to report to the Ministry of Transportation, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja.

The statement reads:
The Lagos State Government has set up a committee to oversee the affairs of all motor parks and garages in the state.
This is in order to fulfil the Government’s promise to ensure that events in the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) are not allowed to threaten law and order.

For that reason, the Government has exercised its constitutional powers to ensure that no vacuum, which can disrupt the peace of our dear state, is allowed to exist in the parks.

It is a duty we owe to all Lagosians and visitors.

Members of the committee are to report to the Ministry of Transportation, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja.
The Government on Thursday 10th Day of March 2022 suspended NURTW operations in all parks and garages, following the tension sparked by some events in the union.

There have been a lot of reactions following the new development of assigning Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a) MC Oluomo, as the Chairman of its Parks Management Committee.

After the report in the early hours on Thursday 7th Day of April 2022, many Nigerians have expressed divided views stated below as follows:

* Lagos government cannot help settle the rift in the union but went ahead to use state power for his boys against their union. * Governance is about competency and the people but those who hold Lagosian slaves always amaze me.....Chairman of a committee that is neither fluent in English nor Yoruba and has no credible management of resources. Don't forget...Your time will pass either at the 2023 poll or the next election then accountability time will come in. This atrocity will not go unpunished unless Nigeria( Lagos State) ceases to exist. Motor park Committees of Alhajis A focusless Government Spend Time on wasteful and Non-productive activities at the expense of the poor masses' resources. No single motor Park in Lagos is in standard structure or safe for commuters to Walk-in to board less a few BRT parks. I thought this Government had better plans than former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, but for their Political purposes in other to use the so-called Park Management Frontliners for (Lagos political Election rigging institution) gains for mega Bullion van cash flow Presidency in dry-Milking innocent Lagos commuters. And is "MC Oluomo" the next Lagos Governor? Just being curious Nothing Last forever... Only time will tell.

* This is a very wrong approach all in the name to favour MC, but as a governor, you can call the parties involved and settle them rather you taking sides, though we know how he has contributed to APC's stay in Lagos state.

Some of them believe that the state is in a conspiracy with MC Oluomo, pointed out loopholes and asked questions about why MC Oluomo was assigned as the Chairman of its Parks Management Committee.
They even went further to ask if MC Oluomo was on a journey to becoming the next Governor of the state or if he, MC Oluomo is bigger than the Law.

Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya, MC Oluomo, has expressed that he is not worthy of the position and not obviously worthy of any other top position as a leader.

This revelation was made known by an anonymous tip from the Union source.

According to the eyewitness, thugs believed to have been sent by MC Oluomo arrived at the State Council office headquarters and broke into the property and began to destroy installations in the secretariat.

The secretariat stormed, and properties within were damaged.

We received the news hours after he, MC Oluomo, was finally sacked by the National Body of the Union for his refusal to turn a good leaf after his suspension by the body in Abuja.

The magnitude of the destruction is not visible at press time.

Efforts to reach Comrade Seyi Bankole, State secretary of the Union, who has been re-deployed to take over the running of the affairs of Lagos State council, to confirm the incident proved abortive.

We recall that Seyi Bankole, Secretary, NURTW, Lagos State Council, was told by the Abuja Office to hold the fort in Lagos, pending the constitution of a caretaker committee after consultation with relevant authorities.

He went further: "For some of us who are stakeholders in the transport business, we have nowhere to go because we are still an ally of the NURTW. Those that can sabotage the union are the ones that do not have a stake."

A few weeks ago, the Lagos State Government suspended all the activities of the NURTW across all parks and garages to ensure the continuation of law and order in the state.

But the contrary is the case as the suspended chairman of the union, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Oluomo), and his loyalist has continued the sale of tickets to commercial transport workers across the state, totally against the State Government's directive.

While speaking at the interactive session, a scribe of the Union from Abuja, Alhaji Rafiu Akanni Olohunwa, the former Chairman of NURTW in Lagos State, confirmed that the relationship between the apex transportation body and TOOAN is still very much intact.

However, he encouraged the aggrieved individual who deserted the union to rethink their action and head back to the National Headquarters for reconciliation.
"The NURTW is still an ally of TOOAN while the aggrieved members of the Union should rethink their decision while peace gains restoration back into the fold." Olohunwa quips.
