SECURITY ALERT TO THE LAGOS STATE POLICE COMMISSIONER OVER AN ATTEMPT BY ALH. MUSILIU AKINSANYA, MC OLUOMO AND ALH MUSTAPHA ADEKUNLE SEGO TO ILLEGALLY AND FORCEFULLY TAKE OVER UNITS IN IDUMOTA AND OTHER PARTS OF LAGOS ISLAND TODAY TUESDAY 19/04/2022 AS THEY DARE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION (M.O.T) ALAUSA REPRESENTATIVES & POLICE RRS PERSONNEL.

The attention of the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Mr Abiodun Alabi, is hereby drawn to an attempt by Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya, MC Oluomo Alh Mustapha Adekunle to cause mayhem at Eko - Idumota and other parts of Lagos Island on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, in a bid to forcefully take over the remaining 3 leftovers of 17 units that the management of Alh Azeez Adekunle Lawal (AKA Kunle Poly) even though the said 3 leftover units are still under the Ministry of Transportation (M.O.T), Alausa representatives till the present moment.

Information reached us in the early hours of yesterday, Monday, 18th April 2022 that Alh Mustapha Adekunle (SEGO) just concluded a meeting a few hours ago with his loyalist and hoodlums at AJEGBORO compound Oyebanji Bus - Stop, Adeniji Adele, Lagos Island, in which he has directed his hoodlums and loyalist "to unleash mayhem on the major parts of Eko - Idumota axis Tuesday, 19th April 2022 by force by fire", Alh Adekunle Sego "urged them all to bring out all dangerous weapons in their armoury to Idumota today Tuesday 19th of April 2022, because it will be do or die in Idumota today Tuesday 19th of April 2022 as they were told at the meeting that none of the security personnel available at Idumota can stand as a stumbling block to them today."

We inform the Nigerian Police Force that this could lead to another setback that could result in the loss of properties, lives, and market vandalism on the Island, Eko- Idumota and its major environs. We do not want the repetition of what happened on the 20th day of January, the riot which shut down markets and the loss of properties again.

As peace-loving Lagosians, we wish to appeal to the Nigerian Police Force and the Lagos State Government including the Lagos State House of Assembly to call Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya & Alh Mustapha Adekunle (SEGO) to order with their hoodlums and loyalist as they keep boasting that they have MC Oluomo and Sego approval so they are above any law in Lagos state.

So this is what being in a public office has come to. Abuse of position to fuel personal goals and ambition.

I will also wish to plead with anyone or group planning to cause a dilemma and unleash mayhem at Eko - Idumota Lagos Island, and its environs on this day Tuesday 19th April 2022 to desist and also urge the masses to go ahead with their daily business activities in a peaceful manner on Tuesday.
