Friendly matches are basically to test match fitness of players as and to perfect match plans. The match has succeeded in revealing the rustiness of some of the players. You would notice that lagerback intentionally benched players that had regular playing time during the season. I think that the eagles would be super after all the friendlies. This push to shine and win friendlies will only put the players under pressure which could lead to needless injuries. We certainly don't need this for now.

My thought is that you are convinced within you that you cannot make the so called biafra on your own. i expected you to damn the south south and concentrate your quest for biafra on the south east only. the overwhelming rejection of the biafra nationhood after the creation of the twelve states will prove to you how much dislike they have to be joined with the ibos in a political enclave within a nation, let alone aspiring to stay with you in an independent country. Wake up and think Nigeria, its the only option you have.

You might want to ask these guys one question. Where they not given offer letters before they resumed work.Did they not see the terms and conditions of the offer. If yes, why complain now.

This thread has exposed the double standard of the Ibos. On one hand they yearn to be part of the south south on another bit, they want to annihilate the them by imposing their languages and values on them. The truth is obvious, without the South-South, Ibo land will be a landlocked and overcrowded country. They should not fool themselves with all these so called enterprising skills. its only working now because of the sheer size of the Nigerian nation. They will only have a country made up of traders and artisans. Above that, they are only interested in Niger Delta's oil.

the only section of Nigeria that can easily attain nationhood and grow it is only the west (Yorubas), they have it all, good education, industry, oil, size, and homogeneous population. This is followed by the south south. the Ijaws cannot lord over the entire region because they're not in majority. the multiplicity in the tribes will offer a stabilising factor.

the worst hit will be the ibos. i wonder how they will accommodate all the people from the North, South south and the west in an enclave the size of Edo and Delta state. They should think twice about this quest to break up Nigeria. The earlier we make Nigeria work, the better for all of us,
