it is sympathetic that despite the crisis that marred the recently conducted kogi gubernatorial election, the unemployed graduates that were hired as APO's accross various polling units were yet to receive their token. infact, it was nt like such during GEJ and JEGA's conduct of the previous general election. the situation alone is enough for the INEC boss to resign coz he lack competency or otherwise, he should come out to inform d public of the reason why we've nt bn paid our token. atleast, we worked for it.

who told u he's only a specialist in arabic! the man in question is an economist nd a renowned banker who've stabilize the banking system during his time as CBN boss. his broad knowledge of economics and finance is more than an ordinary accountant like d way u think.
