I witnessed a AccessBank customer loose 9million meant for her business. She claims a bank official called her after leaving the banking hall for her mobile banking limit increase. |

This trend is general not particular to UBA. We all should just be careful with our bank details. |

Things like can not happen in UBA... When I have issue with my account about some transactions, as soon as I contacted there customer service (CFC) on Facebook page. The issue was resolved promptly |
