Ignorance is bliss, let us not be ignorant. A healthy and sound mind mind is equal to good physical health. Acne is an affliction that can appear anytime to anyone. It can be in the form of blackheads, whiteheads, pustules, inflamed and infected nodules, sacs and cysts. Most people who suffer from acne end up labelling it wrong, this write up is to educate you on what it is and how to solve it. So many peeps have come up with different drugs, myths and solutions to the popular scare. All i share here is my 2 cents.
ACNE occurs where the sebaceous glands are most numerous: face, neck, chest and back. Permanently expanding pores, as well as scarring can result. A sebaceous gland is located in every hair follicle and produces oil which lubricates the skin. Some of the oil becomes clogged, bacteria multiply and inflammation results. This occurs during adolescence (between 12 and 24) when androgens are released in large amounts in both boys and girls. Some unfortunate ones have it all their lives. Other causes include junk food, oral contraceptives, cosmetics, allergies, stress and heredity. Sometimes skin eruptions are caused by consuming too much meat, white sugar, eggs and spices or by the lack of wholesome foods such as fresh vegetables, whole grains, fruits, nuts and legumes. Milk is responsible when it is combined with sugar and aggs in snacks and ice cream.

NATURAL REMEDIES
- Cleanliness, do not irritate the skin.
- Do not squeeze.
- Get early morning sun plus adequate exercise.
- Men should shave with a blade in the direction of hair growth. Wrong shaving can cause scarring.
- Alternating hot and cold cloths on affected area to bring up cleansing circulation.
- Rub a little lemon juice at night and wash in the morning
- Apply white clay (Ndom in Ibibio) and let dry - For acne scars, place fresh pineapples on the scars for enzyme therapy.
- In extreme cases, a hot bath is welcome at least once a week to prevent further outbreaks.
Proper nutrition is extremely important
- Drink at least 5 glasses of clean pure water daily.
- Mix celery juice, beet juice and tomato juice.
- Eat a high fibre diet. This helps the colon eleiminate toxins.
- Eliminate all saturated fats from the diet, along with junk food, fried food, refined food, diary foods, margarine, carbonated drinks, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.

Treat your body like a temple. Your mouth is the main entrance to your system. Watch what you eat and discover the beauty of good living. Dont forget in everything you do, MODERATION is key. The solutions do not come with a 100% guarantee, read thoroughly, reflect and consider which solution is best applicable.

Growing up i actually believed in 'speaking in tongues' like in the bible at the tower of babel. That kind of 'tongues' , different languages kinda tin. But no! In life two things are always be involved. In this case, EITHER the man of god swindled his follower OR this is a cheap trick to get traffic.

1. I am curious concerning the worms you spoke about when Largas and Yahweh had a battle, they couldnt be consumed by fire, i find that a lil confusing. What exactly are they?
2. How does one find out the purpose of manifesting on earth along with the plan and reason for being here? There is a deep feeling of unsatisfaction when my thoughts go that way.
3. In most of the doctorofus i didnt stumble on any urim or philosophy of the God Abasi along with the history of the Ibibio/Efik people.
4. Can my geneology or ancestors history be accessed? I feel like a vaccuum without that history.

Makes a whole lotta sense. I never really got why onan got dropped for coitus interruptus.. Like killing a homo for using protection, who does that? We are gradually using our brain. Rome wasnt built in a day. Nigeria will get there.
