True, the flood couldn't have covered the whole earth and he couldn't have gotten ALL the animals on Earth. I learnt some of this from Ab-soul and Joey Badass. It didn't make sense when Noah saved only animals and no plants. There is even a version in which Noah doesn't make it on the Ark, only his family. In his book, "Abundant Health", Julius Gilbert White lists several special causes of indigestion 1. Eating too fast. Food needs to be mixed with saliva. 2. Overeating. This applies even to good food. 3. Meals too close together. For most people, 4 or 5 hours between meals is needed. 4. Eating between meals. This weakens the stomach. 5. Eating a large evening meal or late at night. Digestion should be nearly finished before retiring. 6. Eating when tired, and especially when exhausted. 7. Loss of sleep. Nervousness. Mental depression. 8. Eating unripe fruit, spoiled fruit or condiments. 9. Eating bread which was not well-baked. If the inside can be squeezed into a dough, do not eat it. 10. Eating yeast bread which is not 24 hours old. 11. Eating vinegar, fried foods, or complex mixtures. 12. Eating vegetables and most fruits at the same meal. 13. Eating milk and sugar together, as in ice cream. This is because sugar ferments quickly, yet is enfolded in the milk which digests slowly. 14. Eating too much liquid food. 15. Eating sugar, tea, coffee, cocoa, liquor, etc. 16. Drinking with meals. This dilutes the stomach juices. |
Snoring is the wheezing, sighing noise made through the mouth while a person is sleeping. It drives everyone else to distraction, except the one making the noise. The mouth falls open and the singing begins. To some its a curse and an affliction with no remedy, this is where we are wrong. There are some natural remedies to snoring. - Do not sleep on a pillow, they tend to elevate the head and increase snoring. - Sleep on your side, not on your back. Try sowing a tennis ball to the back of your pj, so when you roll onto it in your sleep you will quickly roll off, its a drastic method, but it helps reduce the snoring. - Losing weight tends to lessen snoring. The more overweight a person is, the more likely he or she will snore. Get regular exercise. - Drinking alcohol or taking sleeping pills tends to increase snoring, by excessively relaxing the tissues of the soft palate, which narrows the nasopharynx. Also smoking causes the soft palate (not to relax) to swell, also narrowing the nasopharynx. - (couples) Tell your spouse To shake you awake when you snore. That will wake you enough that you will stop. - Buy your spouse earplugs to wear at night, if symptoms still persist. With the exception of allergies which might enlarge the tonsils and induce snoring, no medical help is required. My 2 cents. |

We are slowly using our brain on this side of the world. How Africans can be worshipping the gods of isreal and mecca baffles me. Why we will be attacking each other on different sides of the religious barrier still muffles me. Why we Gods, will still be looking for gods to worship. I am still learning the past for the future.
