Instead of creating more problems why can’t they create a process to convert the “unqualified teachers” ?
The so called “unqualified teachers” are the university graduates that didn’t study education.
Many private schools have them because they get results and they are masters of their subject areas.

That’s why we are where we are all these years; moving in a circle. When people in government are bunch of rogues suffering from cluelessness, why will our country progress? If you think TCRN is the best for schools, then do a pilot test in the public schools and see the result. It’s sad.

That old man is just trying to be relevant, as if we are not aware of what's happening in schools with their so called qualified teachers.

Why will most private schools use secondary school leavers/graduate without educational background to teach and better than government schools with many NCE/BSC holders?

I have HND in chemistry/biochemistry, I am currently teaching under state government with 2 years experience but i do not have any educational certificate to back the teaching profesion up.
