If you check the trail mail of this post, you'll see that this poster said the land is 400k; now the value is 650k.
This is the same experience I talked about earlier on. I need a land but would appreciate genuine seller. You are free to contact me if you are genuine.

This is my problem with these agents selling lands in naija; what a lot of them don't know is that information spread faster either good or bad.
I had experiences with so called estate agents selling land & after a while they said the value of the land has appreciated so they increased the price. Later the same agent & on the same land/estate (after some months) said they are doing promo & the price dropped again. Me I don tire for all these scammers oooo.
After paying, they'll ask you to wait for allocation & then another payment story; when can people just be genuine for once & then see how people will refer clients to you without you advertising by yourself.
Let's change & be genuine & do the right things for once...

@ Poster, thanks for your post and attempt to help people; The problem in naija is that a lot of peeps come online to make lots of claim of what they can't and don't do and that has made so many people not know who to trust any longer.
However, you have not asked for anything (at least not yet) from people in the forum. If I may ask you,
1. If I have an opportunity to get a visitor's visa to the UK and plan to remain there, how will I survive, get a job and is it possible to find helpers as I don't know any one there who can accommodate me?
2. Is it possible to school in UK when you didn't enter with a student visa (as someone told me one cant school in the UK if you didn't get a student visa from your country.
3. Can one travel out of the UK before the visa expires just in case you don't find a job on time?

Welcome back Dlaw; I must confess that you are a rare naija & I hope the good Lord will continue to strengthen you & help you.
I have a plan of buying a land this year but now with your welcome/return statement, I'm scared to invite you or employ your service as the place is in Badagry; unless you have connection to assist me buy a land somewhere else inside this Lagos but not expensive land as I'm a middle class junior worker but a family man that needs to prepare for the future.

I don't even have architectural plan for the type of house but I only have the type of house I want in my mind/heart. Please I sincerely need assistance in this area as I am not familiar with all this procedure neither do I have the chance to run around for this.
