It's alright but, like I said, a ready buyer will go the length to inspect a vehicle of interest. People travel for inspection. I have travelled several times for vehicle inspection in the past.

A ready buyer will come for inspection. I have no worries in that regard and I'm also not desperately trying to sell. It will all happen in due time.

Ready to buy? I tried buying from you last year, but the inconvenience wasn’t worth the vehicle and I bought another car just like this.

Was only asking cos a colleague saw my car and loved it and wants to by an FX35. So I was quite shocked to see that since October 2023 when I contacted you till now, this vehicle hasn’t been sold.

Which was why I advised that you state the true condition of this car, along with RECENT photos. Also, insisting buyers come all the way to Ikorodu no just follow. Imagine taking that risk and driving all the way to inspect a car based on photos taken in 2021. Makes no sense.

This car has been on sale for a long time now. I’ve seen the ones which are more expensive and have already been sold, which means there’s an issue.

These photos are from when you tried selling in 2022. Try uploading recent photos which should include the interior and engine.

Aside from the faulty AC, any other issues? Also, are you still bent on buyers coming all the way to Ikorodu to inspect?

I have given sufficient information in my post for any serious buyer to come for physical inspection.

It is obvious that you are not ready to buy a vehicle, otherwise you wouldn't be trying to debate here but, do the needful.

From your message, I deduce that- you are just monitoring people who are actually buying cars.
When you are ready to buy a vehicle, you will be ready to go for a physical inspection to ascertain the condition of the vehicle, instead of speculating or trying to discourage actual potential buyers.

VEGETABLE MILK MAKING PLANT (Soya
milk, Tigernut milk etc...)

IT'S A COMPLETE MILK PRODUCTION UNIT


The plant comprises the following equipments and performs different functions as
described below:

1 The Dehauling Machine:
It cracks the nuts into parts and separates the chaffs.


2 Two Soaking Barrels:
accommodates 300kg of material each. here the nuts are soaked until it's soft enough for processing.


3 The Grinding Mill/Milk Extraction Unit:
It does the job of grinding the already softened nuts, extracting the milk and expelling the chaffs.


4 Milk Cooking & Mixing Pot :
A 300ltr double layer pot, where the milk is cooked by introducing steam and at the same time it mixes the milk. Once the set temperature is reached, the boiling milk is transferred to two homogenising tanks.


5 Two Homogenisers/Additive Tanks:
does the job of mixing the milk with additives to attain a homogenous state before releasing it to the two composite tanks. The composite tanks carries out the vacuuming process- extracting any form of odour or dirty from the milk.


6 UHT Cooking Pot:
Milk coming from the composite tanks are made to pass through this tank at a very high temperature to kill micro-organisms if present. The heating medium is oil raised to above 180 degrees centigrade.


7 Cooler:
As the boiling milk is coming out from this extreme temperature, it's immediately subcooled by the cooler. The cooler is constantly receiving chilled water from the chiller which may be set at 8 degrees centigrade.


8 Milk Receiving Tanks:
The warm milk is now received by two tanks as finished product-ready for filling and consumption/packaging.


9 Pasteuriser:
After the filling process, the packaged milk goes through a 20ft tank pasteuriser. the pasteuriser gets steam from the steam boiler along with heavy heaters inside the unit to carry out the process of preservation.


10 Cooling Trough:
From the pasteuriser, it goes into the cooling trough.


11 Tank:
this is another 20ft tank-receiving chilled water to cool down the hot packaged milk from the pasteuriser.

Thereafter,it can be wrapped in nos and taken to the quarantine.

NOTE-
- Apart from this sketchy explanation, the plant also is equipped with a water treatment plant that does the job of treating the water before processing the milk.


- TAKE A LOOK AT THE LINE DIAGRAM that I provided, it gives a vivid flow diagram of the process and machines involved.


- The plant is built to process upto 5ton/day of milk.


- All the materials are made from sus 304 stainless steel from China.


- fully built to customer's specifications.

- It's well programmed to function both semi-automatic and full automatic by use of HMI/PLC.
