They will send the link to do the test soon. Although I got a call from etisalat customer care on Thursday and personality test link was sent to me on the same day. I did the test and got cbt invite today. Anyway, I believe you will be sent the test link since you haven't gotten regret mail.

You ll be made to write a test, English,Maths, verbal reasoning and yes 3essays. . Successful people would be asked to stay for interview while others ll b asked to leave.

The interview ll last like 5mins. .
