Typical car dealers don't own 70% of the cars in their stand/lot. Most major trading businesses are based on credit system especially those with distributor status. I still do not agree that in Naija we have 20m people with 200m actual valuation in asset and cash less credit.

Depends if its seplat or airtel shares, but if its unity, smurfit or multitrex you may want to keep the cert next gen maybe

You can make like 15% today on Ellah. There are offers at below N9 at the moment. If you buy and it ends the day on full bid, you make good money.
Caveat: I do not know if the movers have reached their target price. DYR.

At N10, they need 25billion new shares to raise the kind of money they want.

It would be better they push it up to like N50, so that the OS will not be too much. At N50 they only need to raise 5billion new shares.
