People who originated from Southeast region of Nigeria have and still claim to develop Lagos as a state and as a city, they single-handedly develop Thailand, they developed India, they developed South Africa, they developed America, they developed Asia, they developed Russia, but I am just curious about why they have not developed a Lagos-like City in the SouthEast Nigeria.
