How can a developer/programmer be offered this kind of pay.

Chai Nigeria employers are just something else.

Well my advise is never allow yourself to be priced so low as a developer/programmer.

correct, web designer + digital marketing skills is boom, you can earn as low as 450k monthly and as high as 600plus based on the company you work with

Looking at the skills and stress involve in Web developing, i think the salary scale of web developers should increase drastically soon because Nigeria is really Moving towards that. Because at present - 2018, Web developers in Nigeria earn:

Web/App Developer: 180k - 200k per month for entry level with experience on html, php, javascript, css
Web/App Developer: 250k - and above per month for experts with experience on html, php, javascript, jquery, css, asp.net, sql, etc.

However if you want to be an entrepreneur then your salary depends on you and how you negotiate with your client. some entrepreneur earns as low as 300k per month in web design, some earn as low as 1.6M per Month..
Meaning one can earn higher than this as an entrepreneur. ... However as an entrepreneur its not all the time business comes in. so one need to be smart&prayerful and by the Grace of God all will Go well.

It depends on how good you are, the type of site you want to build and the kind of client involved.

MODIFIED: Most of the guys telling you 6 months is not free are shylock landlords like yours or their children. Rent default is not a criminal offence, it falls under civil law. He can only take you to court, and he cannot do jack again. If you don't have money, you don't have money. Tell him to give you time. That's all. If he breaks part of your home or padlocks it, that's under criminal law and you can get him arrested. The power is with you as long as there's an existing relationship between you as landlord and tenant.

I see you have no idea what the law is all about, just change your mentality because the police will also embarrass you..

By Law it depends on the agreement you signed when renting the apartment.. If its a normal one year agreement it should state you have six months before vacating the house, However if you guys still go to court the six month will be giving to you but you will be asked to pay for the six month till the date you vacate because no law states the landlord should not collect his money except the landlord decided to let go of the money for that six month you will be giving to get another apartment.
But most Nigerians think the six months is free, My brother its not free ooo, the law will ask you to pay till date but in a convenient manner, its just for you to have enuf time to move around and get another apartment but on the day of vacation you would have paid the six month giving.

So its just of no use going to court because the money you will use to get an advocate and the stress involve don't worth it. just try sit your landlord down and talk him through to consider the fact that you are a young guy and he should give you time to move or just come to an agreement sha.

Qualifications:

University Degree required; MBA or advanced business management degree preferred.

• Executive with 10 + years of experience in business development and sales management with strong industry relationships

• Successful track record leading inside and outside sales team (including remote employees) to exceed measurable sales and revenue goals.

• Should be able to demonstrate consistently good performance in meeting or exceeding targets.

• Should have a pre-existing network of contacts and relationships within the industry that he/she can bring to the team.

A reputable cable manufacturing company needs a receptionist with 2 - 3 years experience urgently
Preferably female

RESPONSIBILITIES
Arranging couriers
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing post
Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction.
Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
Provide reports, as required to the management
Have basic computer knowledge
Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Be involved and contribute at team meetings
Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
