Tinubu academic record is of no use to Atiku. Its release is irrelevant to Atiku's Case and that's why Atiku did not mention it in his Appeal to Supreme Court.

You think Atiku doesn't have a copy of Tinubu academic record? He has it and he knew it would not help his Case.

Atiku JOKER was to know if Bola Tinubu is a Female as he was made to believe. 2ndly, he wanted to know if Tinubu forged the certificate.

But since CSU is insisting that the Bola Tinubu is a Male and he graduated from the institution. And that the CSU doesn't keep original of certificate and that a certificate is a "ceremonial documents" which can be printed.

I think Atiku felt there was no need.

Tinubu is just exercising his rights so as to further frustrate Atiku.

You know it was CSU that Atiku sued to Court. Now, Tinubu, the owner of the certificate is saying don't release my documents without my permission and I'm told he's protected by US Law. It's his right.

Omo... How you found a way to spin one court judgement somewhere else to mean that another nation's Supreme Court is on trial is quite unreal. The Supreme Court do not bend to anyone. Regardless of what anyone has done or not done, the Supreme Court can only make judgements according to Nigerian constitution, criminal and civil laws, as well as its procedures and regulations (including technicalities)

It is not a retrial, it is an appeal of a judgement at a lower court based on what you submitted at that court. New matters evidence,witnesses etc are not admissible because they were not part of what led to the judgement.

To answer your question, what am I trying to justify is this,you don't know more than the USA government and they know about it's plight of it's citizenry and if they chose to give out aid then so be it.

In the USA budgets they are provisions for military aids,economic aids and so on.
After Israel and Egypt Nigeria received more military aid than any other country from the USA.

Tribunal which is the appealate court is the court with power to sack a president based on Election matter

Supreme Court Judges would only sit to determine if the Appeal court made a mistake with their Judgement or not

Their job is to either upheld the Appeal court judgement or not

I have said over and over that the problem we have in Nigeria is not anyone's mate. And Tinubu is the man that can at least build the foundation for a better Nigeria. I have always maintained the stand that some policies might be reversed and some modified depending on outcomes.
